That’s why the Lummi Care Program is here. If your child’s sunglasses break within the first 12 months of purchase, we’ll replace them. Simple as that. We want you to feel confident that your investment in sun protection is supported, even when accidents happen.
To make sure you’re covered, hang on to your proof of purchase — either your lummibunny.com.au order number or the receipt from one of our stockists.
How to Claim with Lūmmi Care
Step 1: Find your proof of purchase.
Step 2: Go to our Lummi Care Claim Form.
Step 3: Share your contact info and up-to-date shipping address.
Step 4: Enter the style, size, and colour of your broken sunglasses.
Step 5: Let us know when and where you purchased them.
Step 6: Upload a clear photo of the damage (this helps us learn and
improve).
Step 7: Hit submit — and feel free to include a happy snap of your
little one in their Lummis to make our team smile.
Step 8: Once approved, we’ll send you an invoice for the shipping fee.
Step 9: Pay shipping and your new pair will be on the way!
Replacements usually ship within 5–10 business days of receiving payment.
