Why haven’t I received my order?
Generally, we need about 1 to 2 working days to process an order before sending it out. Once items are shipped out, we will send you a shipping email. If there is no tracking number updated or the tracking information does not update for about five days, please feel free to contact our email hello@lummibunny.com.au
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Standard delivery: Dispatched within 1-3 business days

How do I make a bulk order?

How to cancel an order?
To cancel your order, please email us with your cancellation request and all relevant order details. Keep in mind that if your order is already being processed or you’ve received a shipment notice, cancellation is no longer an option. In that case, please wait for the package to arrive. Once you receive it, you can either keep the item or contact us to arrange a return. For returns, you'll be responsible for the postage to send the item back to our warehouse. Once we confirm receipt of the returned item, we’ll process your refund.

Delivery via Australia Post on business days and not on weekends or public holidays.
Delivered with Safe Drop – Orders will be left in a safe place if there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If
the delivery cannot be left in safe place, a calling card will be left in your mailbox advising of the Australia Post location where you can collect your delivery.

Orders over $160: FREE STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard delivery: 7 – 21 business days (Shipping calculated at checkout)

Delivery via Australia Post and their international local delivery partners
(UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS).
The prices within the online store include GST.

Returns
What if I received a defective/wrong/stained item?
If you receive a defective, stained, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@lummibunny.com.au
We usually respond within 24 business hours. Do not return any items before contacting us. We need to process your return request and provide you with the necessary return information. When you reach out, please include:
- Your order number
- The SKU number of the item
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem

How It Works
- Return Window
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your original purchase date. After this time, we’re unable to process refunds or exchanges. - Item Condition
Products need to be returned unworn, unused, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. We can’t accept returns of items that have been worn, altered, or damaged. - Where You Purchased
Returns are only accepted for orders placed directly through lummibunny.com.au. If you purchased through a stockist, please reach out to them directly. - Return Process
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Sending items to the wrong location may delay your refund or exchange. - Discount Codes
Any coupon or discount codes used at checkout won’t be refunded as cash value. - Expo Items
All items purchased at the expo are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges for size are available within 30 days of purchase, subject to stock availability.

Welcome to Lummi Bunny. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of goods through our website lummibunny.com.au (the “Website”), and form a binding agreement between you (the “Customer” / “you”) and Lummi Bunny(“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you
agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Orders & Acceptance
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Once you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance — your order is accepted when we dispatch the goods.
- We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order (for instance, if a product is out of stock, or we suspect fraud) and will notify you accordingly.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are as listed on the Website at the time of purchase (in AUD), inclusive of GST (if applicable).
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time before your order is accepted.
- Payment must be made via accepted payment methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- You agree to pay all amounts due on time. If a payment is declined, we may cancel the order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs and methods will be displayed at checkout.
- Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only — we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
- Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods are dispatched. Title passes when you have paid in full.
- If an item is damaged or missing on delivery, you must notify us promptly (within a reasonable time).
5. Returns, Exchanges & 30-Day Policy
- You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase, subject to the item being unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Returns are accepted only for purchases made via lummibunny.com.au, not via third-party stockists.
- You must contact us first to obtain the correct return address and instructions. Items sent to incorrect addresses may delay or negate your return.
- Shipping for returns is at your cost unless otherwise agreed.
- If you used a coupon or discount code, the code’s value is not refunded as cash.
6. Lummi Care Program & Broken Guarantee
- We provide a 12-month replacement guarantee under our Lummi Care Program for sunglasses that break under normal usage.
- To claim a replacement, you may need to submit proof of purchase, photos of the damage, and pay a shipping fee per replacement (as specified on our Website).
- Each pair is only eligible for one replacement under the guarantee.
- Replacements will be the same style and size, or a comparable item of equal or lesser value if unavailable.
7. Warranties & Liability
- We warrant that goods will conform to their description, be of acceptable quality, and be fit for purpose (to the extent required by Australian consumer law).
- Apart from those statutory rights, all other warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Our liability is limited to refunding or replacing the goods. We are not liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment or business interruption.
8. Intellectual Property
